Being a Trustee can be interesting and rewarding, giving you the opportunity to use your existing skills and develop new ones. We are seeking to recruit new Board Members who can demonstrate commitment to the ethos and vision of our organisation.
Becoming a trustee isn’t just about giving back – it’s about growing yourself. ICANN’s trustees are passionate individuals from incredibly diverse backgrounds. This creates a dynamic environment where you can learn from others, develop your leadership abilities, and gain fresh perspectives. The experience you gain in strategic planning, fundraising, and governance can be a real asset to your professional development as well.
ICANN Trustees meet 4-6 times a year, some meetings are in person/hybrid on zoom. Trustees will also be invited to any ICANN training or planning events.
